spinning around + [tulsa state fair]

I shot this image on a chilly night last week at the Tulsa State Fair. I'm LOVING this cooler weather! =) I wanted to show the movement of the swings along with the beeeee-utiful colors of the lights. Dropped down my shutter speed and WAAAAHHHLAH!!! =) This photo reminds me of life... Sometimes it just keeps on spinning, never giving us a chance to catch our breath! Oh well, better busy than not, huh?

SHEBANG!!! + [newscope marketing]

Recently I shot some photos for a company called Newscope Marketing for the Tulsa State Fair. They're a great group of people located in Granbury, TX. They travel all over and head up the marketing for Ford Motor Company. I've been lucky to work with them for five years now, this year they wanted me to do some photos for their website, etc. I had a blast shooting for them, looking forward to working with them in the future! =)

Red Fork Art Gallery & Studio +{soundslide}

I had the privilege of working with some wonderful people over at the Red Fork Art Gallery over the last few weeks. Their shop is located on Southwest Boulevard, right across the street from Ollie's Restaurant. I used the project for a school assignment for my Photojournalism class. The pictures were shot with a Nikon D40x and the audio was recorded with my iphone. I totally enjoyed working on this project and I'm looking forward to doing more like this in the near future... Next semester's going to be fun! =)

Shelbycakes, her's my FRIEND!!!! + {schoooool stuff} + {TOMS!!!!}

First off, Shelby made me put this up. Just thought you all should know that.
Now then... Shelby, I love Shelby. She's a favorite friend. She bought me Tom's for my birthday, member? I got them in a few days ago and I LOVE them!!!! LOVE LOVE L-O-V-E them!!

We hung out tonight..... Had us a blast, yes sirreeeeey bob!! She modeled for me again, (it's her favorite thing) for a school assignment. I'm SUPER trying to get my work caught up. EEEEEEEK. Anyways, these were for my Studio 2 class... A person with a computer. Enjoy! =)

testing the waters + {SOUNDSLIDES}

We had an assignment to shoot the alphabet and then create a soundslide presentation out of the pictures. This is what I came up with... I LOVE soundslides!!! This was my first one and I reallllly enjoyed putting it together! I'm working on LOTS of stuff, no more classes this summer and portfolio review on THIS WEDNESDAY. Holy WowCow. I'm allllllmost caught up, cranking these last few assignments out!! How does time fly sooooo super-deeeeee-duper fast?!
